Mediation Fees / Rates:
Half Day Mediation (4 Hours) $850
Per Party Rate, In Person or Virtual
Full Day Mediation (8 Hours), 2 Parties $1,700
Per Party Rate, In Person or Virtual
Full Day Mediation (8 Hours), 3 Parties $1,500
Per Party Rate, In Person or Virtual
Full Day Mediation (8 Hours), 4+ Parties $1,200
Per Party Rate, In Person or Virtual
2-Hour Mediation (2 Hours) $500
Per Party Rate, Virtual only
Payments Accepted
Payment can be made through Zelle, Venmo, a cashier’s check, insurance company check, corporate check, or a check drawn on the bank account of (or guaranteed by) a law firm.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please do so no later than 5 BUSINESS DAYS prior to your mediation date to avoid a cancellation fee of $650 per party. If you are set for trial in another case on the date of this mediation, please arrange for a backup to attend mediation in the event you are assigned to trial. Please note that I will attempt to accommodate all parties and attorneys.
